Guidelines for shipping

We are pleased that you have decided to purchase from us and want to ensure that you receive all the necessary information about our shipping process.

Processing time:

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, during peak periods the processing time may be longer.

Shipping methods and costs:

Shipping within Germany and to Austria is completely free of charge and is carried out by DHL. The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during the ordering process. There may sometimes be delays in delivery.

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your package online. Please wait up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Delivery times:

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose.

We aim for a maximum delivery time of 14 days within Germany and Austria (within the country). For international deliveries - e.g. from our warehouse in China - an estimated delivery time of up to 30 days applies.

Standard shipping usually takes 7-14 days. However, in other cases (e.g. international shipments, customs inspections or peak periods) the delivery time may be extended to a maximum of 30 days.

Please note that longer delivery times may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customs duties, import duties and taxes

SilverHause uses the reverse charge procedure. This means that SilverHause does not charge VAT on cross-border deliveries, but the customer is responsible for paying import duties and VAT.

The following therefore applies:

Your national customs or tax authority may require payment of import duties or VAT before your order is released.

These charges are not included in the price on our website.

By placing your order, you accept this regulation and are responsible for any additional costs.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office in advance if you have any questions.

Missing or damaged items:
If your order comes with missing or damaged items, please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or missing address:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address during the checkout process. This includes providing the correct name of the recipient, street, house number, city, state, zip code and country. Missing or incorrect information may result in a failed delivery attempt.

If our shipping company or customer service team detects an incomplete address, we will attempt to notify the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to respond to such notification and provide the information required for delivery.

When you purchase something from us, you agree to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in delays, lost packages or additional charges for rerouting or redelivery of packages.
